Join Executive Women in Healthcare for our final program of the year.
We are honored to welcome Madeline Melangton, Vice President of Development at Special Olympics Indiana, as our keynote speaker. Through her work advancing opportunities for athletes with intellectual disabilities, Madeline has built a career centered on creating meaningful partnerships, fostering inclusion, and helping others reach their full potential.
In her presentation, Madeline will explore what service looks like when it is embedded into the culture and purpose of an organization rather than treated as an afterthought. Drawing on lessons from Special Olympics Indiana, she will share how inclusion, athlete leadership, and community partnership create lasting impact—and how those same principles can be applied across healthcare and beyond.
Attendees will leave with practical insights on recognizing, naming, and amplifying the service already woven into their daily work as leaders, caregivers, advocates, and community builders.

How the Competition Works
Form Your Squad: Register as a full team of 4, or sign up as an individual and we will match you with a team.
Bring Your Vision: Each team will select a theme and bring their own decorations, lights, and flair to style an assigned tabletop mini tree.
Compete for Glory: Bragging rights and prizes will be awarded to the winning team(s).
Decorate with Purpose: All completed trees will be donated to Ascent 121 to spread light and warmth this holiday season.
Included: Tabletop trees, holiday refreshments, networking, and festive music provided.

Quiet Confidence: Building Visibility and Advocating for Yourself without Overselling
Join us for breakfast and a morning of connection with fellow participants in the EWHC Mentorship Program. This event is open to current mentors and mentees only.
We're excited to welcome Brianna Johnson of BCJ Insights, who will lead a conversation on how to be seen and heard at work without feeling like you have to oversell yourself. Many professionals, especially those who lead with humility and collaboration, find self-promotion uncomfortable. Brianna will share practical approaches for making your contributions visible, advocating for your goals, and building your professional reputation in a way that feels genuine.
Whether you're a mentor looking for new ways to support your mentee or a mentee working to grow your presence and influence, you'll leave with ideas you can put into practice right away. It's also a great opportunity to spend time with your mentoring partner and connect with others in the program.
